  • on the "BECOME A SELLER” button
  • Fill in the required information fields on the registration form. This includes: Name, Mobile Number, Email Address and Password
  • Verify with OTP
  • After verification with OTP from Email and Phone number Follow the on-screen instructions

Add an Address for the Business which will be publically visible and add warehouse address for pickup and drop.

Fulfillment includes order processing, Inventory Management, Packaging, Shipping, and tracking. Fulfillment by Desi Mochi (FBD): Desi Mochi will ship products on behalf of the seller.

Packaging and Shipping Guidelines
  • Use sturdy boxes or envelopes that can withstand handling and shipping conditions.
  • Add cushioning materials like bubble wrap or packing peanuts to prevent damage during transit.
  • Clearly label the package with the recipient's name, address, and order number.
  • Make sure the package meets the carrier's weight and dimension requirements.
  • Use appropriate packaging for fragile items and mark them as "Fragile."
  • Follow regulations for shipping unsafe materials, if applicable.
  • Adhere to the specific packaging guidelines of the shipping carrier you choose.
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance to protect against losses or damages.

Delivery and Payments

When you receive an order for your product, you are notified via email. You can also check the order update on the Desi Mochi Seller panel.

  • Send Invoice to the customer.

Desi Mochi ensures timely payments directly into your registered bank account, which you provided during the Desi Mochi account creation process. You can receive your payments as fast as 7 days from the date of dispatch. You can view your deposited balance and future payments on the Desi Mochi Seller Dashboard.
